Boundary wire breaks, EPOS setup, wheel motors, error codes — repaired locally.
Models we service
Husqvarna is the most common robotic mower in central New Jersey, and the most common thing we get called about. Older wire-guided models fail at the perimeter loop; newer EPOS and iQ models fail at satellite reception and reference-station placement. Both are fixable in a single visit when you know where to look.
A break anywhere in the perimeter loop stops the whole system. We trace the fault to the foot, splice it properly, and re-bury it — no re-installing the entire loop.
Usually loop signal interference, a mis-set boundary offset, or an EPOS reference station with a poor sky view. All three are diagnosable on site.
Guide wire faults, dirty charging contacts, a failed charging board, or a corrupted map. We test the dock and the mower separately.
Wheel motor and gearbox wear is the most common mechanical failure on 400/450-series machines. We replace the motor assembly rather than the whole drivetrain.
Blade disc wear, bent disc, worn pivot posts, or height calibration drift. Cheap to fix, frequently misdiagnosed as a bigger problem.
Reference station placement is the whole game — it needs elevation and a clear view of the sky. We survey the property and relocate it properly.
Runtime falling off is normal wear on 4+ year machines. We test cell health before selling you a battery.
Module faults, account/ownership mismatches after a used purchase, and firmware regressions all present the same way.
Something else going on? Describe it here — diagnosis and the quote are free either way.
Husqvarna has a dealer network, but most are outdoor power equipment shops where robotics is a sideline behind chainsaws and riding mowers. Loop-break tracing, EPOS reference-station siting, and firmware-level faults tend to be outside what a small-engine bench handles.

Yes. We use a signal tracer to locate the break, then splice and re-bury just that section. Re-installing the full loop is almost never necessary.
Both. Wire-guided Automowers and the wire-free EPOS and iQ systems need different diagnostics, and we carry gear for each.
Usually yes. Ownership transfer and account lockouts are common on secondhand machines and are typically resolved without any parts.
