Core faults, module swaps, auger and snow service — three seasons, one local shop.
Models we service
Yarbo is the only residential platform that mows, blows leaves, and clears snow from one machine — which makes it the most capable outdoor robot you can buy and the one with the most that can go wrong. Owners consistently report long factory support queues and multi-week parts waits, which is a serious problem when the failure happens mid-storm in January.
A documented Yarbo failure mode, often an internal cable rather than the auger itself. Worth diagnosing properly before replacing a whole module.
Partly technique, partly setup. Proactive multi-pass scheduling during a storm prevents most of it — we configure that for you.
Frequently a firmware-level issue that survives a hardware swap. We diagnose before you replace a Core you didn't need to.
Camera, sensor and calibration faults that make the machine think it's blocked when it isn't.
Antennas snap in storms and on low obstacles. A common and inexpensive repair — if you can get the part.
Conversion, calibration and testing so the machine actually works the first time the season turns.
Expected to a point, a fault beyond it. We cold-test rather than assume.
Recovery on a bricked or hung Core, which otherwise means a full replacement cycle.
Something else going on? Describe it here — diagnosis and the quote are free either way.
Factory support runs on email tickets with parts lead times measured in weeks. In snow season that is the difference between a cleared driveway and a buried one. We stock snow wear parts locally before the season starts.
Two minutes, no account needed. Describe the symptom in your own words.
Free pickup in our service area, or on-site if the machine shouldn't move.
You see the actual fault and a fixed price before anything is spent.
You only pay if you approve. Repairs carry a 60-day warranty.
Diagnosis and the quote are free. Parts are quoted separately and always approved by you first.
Somerset, Morris, Union, Hunterdon, Middlesex and Essex counties. Free pickup and return throughout. On-site service where the machine shouldn’t be moved.
No. We service Yarbo regardless of where you bought it.
For snow wear items — augers, shear pins, snowshoes, belts — we stock ahead of the season specifically so you aren't waiting weeks in January. Some Core components still come from the factory.
Yes, and we recommend it. Conversion includes calibration and a functional test, plus off-season storage for the modules you aren't using.
No. Independent service doesn't void your coverage. If a fault is a genuine warranty defect we'll tell you and help you file it.
