RTK dropouts, antenna faults, blade discs — without mailing your mower anywhere.
Models we service
Navimow builds a genuinely good machine, but Segway sells direct and there is no local service presence in New Jersey. When something fails, the documented path is a mail-in repair — for a machine that weighs 40 to 100 pounds and lives outdoors.
Almost always antenna placement, tree canopy, or a reference station that needs relocating. We survey the property and fix the geometry rather than swapping parts.
A repeatable stall location points to a positioning dead zone, not a mower fault. Usually solved with antenna relocation or map adjustment.
Dock positioning, contact corrosion, or a charging board fault. We test dock output and mower charge circuit independently.
Debris strikes and hidden obstacles chew up discs. Wear parts are excluded from most warranties, so this is straightforward paid work.
Grinding, one-sided drive, or a wheel that won't turn. We replace at the motor assembly level.
Seal and gasket degradation lets water into the chassis. Early intervention is the difference between a gasket and a mainboard.
Network, account, and firmware issues that Segway support typically handles over a multi-week email thread.
Something else going on? Describe it here — diagnosis and the quote are free either way.
Segway responds to a minority of negative reviews and support commonly runs weeks. Boxing an outdoor robot and shipping it across the country is not a service experience, and for most Navimow faults it is not necessary.

For most faults, no. Positioning problems, mechanical wear, dock faults, and mapping issues are all resolvable on site or at our bench, usually far faster than a cross-country RMA.
If it's a genuine manufacturing defect, use the warranty. We'll tell you when that's the right call. Wear parts and setup problems aren't covered anyway, and that's where we save you weeks.
